Search for the exact product by name or SKU. Match color/variant the customer ordered.

Add to cart and proceed to checkout. Use the customer's FULL shipping address — not your own.

At checkout, select "Drop Ship" if the option appears. This ships directly to your customer.

Pay with your saved payment method. The cost is what STD charges wholesale — that's your cost.

💃 Dear Lover 10–21 days

Go to dear-lover.com and log into your wholesale account.

Find the exact item. Pay close attention to SIZE — the customer's size is in their order notes.

Proceed to checkout. Select "Drop Shipping" and enter the customer's shipping address.

Complete payment at wholesale price. Keep the Dear Lover order number for your records.

Tracking usually arrives via email within 3–5 days. Enter it in Fulfillment Hub → Enter Tracking.
🌐 CJ Dropshipping 7–15 days
▼Products: IDs 277–315 — lifestyle, tech, wellness, fashion. You have an active CJ account. Orders are placed through their app or dashboard.
💳 Make sure your CJ wallet has enough balance BEFORE placing orders. Top up if needed under Wallet → Add Funds.

Go to app.cjdropshipping.com and log in.

Click My Products in the left sidebar. Find the product the customer ordered (search by name).

Click the product → List to Store is optional; instead click Source & Connect or use the Create Order button directly.

Go to Orders → Create Order (top right). Search for the product, select the correct variant (size/color), set Qty to 1.

Enter the customer's FULL shipping address. Double-check the address — CJ ships to exactly what you enter.

Shipping method: select CJPacket Ordinary for US (cheapest) or CJPacket Sensitive if product has battery/liquid. Estimated 7–15 business days.

Review order total (charged to your CJ wallet). Click Submit Order and confirm payment.

CJ ships within 1–3 business days. Track at CJ → Orders → your order → Tracking Info.

Once tracking appears, copy it → Back Office → Fulfillment Hub → Enter Tracking Number above.
Trendsi 5–10 days
▼ Products: IDs 316+ — backpack bags, beauty tools, loungewear, accessories. Trendsi auto-fulfills when connected to a Shopify store, but since we're standalone, you place manually.

Go to trendsi.com and log into your seller dashboard.

Navigate to Orders in the top menu, then click Create Manual Order.

Search for the exact product by name. Select the correct size and color to match what the customer ordered.

Set quantity to 1. Enter the customer's FULL shipping address — name, address line, city, state, ZIP.

Shipping: select Standard Dropship. Review the Dropship price shown — that's your cost for this item.

Submit the order. Trendsi charges your connected payment method (card on file in your Trendsi account).

Trendsi sends a shipping confirmation email to YOU (not customer) with the tracking number. Delivery: 5–10 business days.

Copy tracking → Back Office → Fulfillment Hub → Enter Tracking Number. System emails your customer automatically.

How to Handle a New Order
Step 1: You'll get a text from Dimi the moment a new order comes in. He'll tell you the customer name, what they ordered, and which supplier to use.
Step 2: Log in here → click Orders in the sidebar → find the new order (it'll say "Pending").
Step 3: Click the order to see the details — customer info, items ordered, payment method, and shipping address.
Step 4: Confirm payment was received (CashApp, PayPal, etc. — check your apps).
Step 5: Once payment is confirmed, change order status to Processing.
Step 6: Forward the order to the right supplier (see Fulfillment Hub for step-by-step per supplier).
Step 7: When you get tracking, enter it in Fulfillment Hub → Enter Tracking Number. Customer gets auto-emailed!
🏪 Physical Items (You Ship via UPS)
Products 1–13 (The Machine, The Piper, Goddess, Roses, etc.) are items you have on hand. YOU ship these yourself via UPS.
How to ship:
- Pack the item in a discreet box — no Dripping Secrets branding on the outside.
- Go to ups.com or your UPS account to create a label.
- Enter your address (75407) as sender, customer address as recipient.
- Print the label, attach to box, drop off at UPS.
- UPS gives you a tracking number — enter it in Fulfillment Hub.

🌐 CJ Dropshipping Orders
Products 277–315 come from CJ. Full steps are in Fulfillment Hub → CJ Dropshipping. Here's the quick version:
- Log in to app.cjdropshipping.com
- Orders → Create Order → search product → enter customer address
- Select CJPacket Ordinary shipping → submit → pay from CJ wallet
- Copy tracking when it appears → enter it here in Fulfillment Hub
Keep your CJ wallet funded! Add a few hundred dollars when you start getting regular CJ orders so you're not scrambling.
Trendsi Orders
Products 316+ are from Trendsi (bags, beauty tools, loungewear). Full steps in Fulfillment Hub → Trendsi. Quick version:
- Log in to trendsi.com seller dashboard
- Orders → Create Manual Order → find product → pick size/color → enter customer address
- Select Standard Dropship → submit → charged to your card on file
- Trendsi emails YOU the tracking number → copy it → enter here

Secrets Parties (Event Bookings)
When someone books a party, Dimi texts you immediately. Here's what to do:
- Go to Secrets Parties in the sidebar to see all bookings.
- Contact the customer to confirm date, time, location, and headcount.
- Discuss package: what products you'll feature, any demos, hostess rewards.
- Mark the booking as Confirmed once everything is set.
- Day of: show up fabulous, sell those products, collect those coins 💸

Understanding Your Dashboard
- Total Revenue — all money collected from orders (what customers paid YOU)
- Pending Orders — orders waiting for you to process. Always aim for 0!
- Low Stock Alert — physical items running low. Time to restock or mark sold out.
- Today's Checklist — check this every morning. It resets fresh each day.
TopDawg Orders (US-Based Wellness + Lingerie)
Products 393+ come from TopDawg — US-based dropship, 2–5 business day delivery. These include lingerie (Daisy Corsets), yoni oils, COOCHY products, and feminine wellness items.
How to place a TopDawg order:
- Log in to topdawg.com with your account credentials.
- Navigate to Orders → Create New Order.
- Search for the product by name (the product name in Back Office matches their catalog).
- Enter the customer's full shipping address — TopDawg ships direct to customer.
- Select standard dropship shipping and submit.
- TopDawg charges your payment method on file — make sure it's funded!
- Tracking is emailed to you — copy it → enter it in Fulfillment Hub → Enter Tracking.

Secrets Party Builder Orders
When a customer books through the Secrets Party Builder, the order shows up in both Orders and Secrets Parties tabs. It'll have a PARTY ORDER badge so it's impossible to miss.
What's included in every party order:
- The customer's party bundle (items they selected)
- $150 Secret Keeper fee (that's YOUR appearance fee — already in the total)
- Free Hostess Gift (Dimi picked it from the quiz — it's in the order details)
- Signed liability waiver (PDF saved to customer's portal)
- Party date, time, and host's address
Steps after a party booking comes in:
- Dimi texts you immediately — check the booking details.
- Confirm payment received — the $150 fee + product total is all in one charge.
- Mark booking as Confirmed in Secrets Parties tab.
- Source any dropship items in the bundle early — party date is fixed!
- Day of: bring the party bundle + hostess gift. Collect that $150 for yourself, queen.

Product Requests from Customers
Customers can request products they don't see on the site. Those requests land in the Product Requests tab in this sidebar.
How to handle a request:
- Go to Product Requests in the sidebar — new requests show as "Pending".
- Read what the customer is looking for.
- If you can source it, add the product to the site (tell your agent to add it).
- Once it's live, click Mark Live on the request — customer gets notified automatically!
- If you can't source it, click Decline to archive the request.
